Submission of the application

Activities in the form of an application to the voivode competent for the place of residence (in the case of a natural person) or the seat of the Inviter with a request to enter the invitation to the register of invitations requires the personal action of the Inviter who applies for this entry. This means that the application must be signed by a person acting as an Inviter, even if they are represented by a representative in the proceedings themselves.

Submitting an application for entering an invitation to the register of invitations does not require a personal appearance at the authority, although the Inviter may submit it in person at the delivery office of the voivode competent for their place of residence or registered office.

The application may be sent by post to the address of the voivode or submitted at this address through an appointed representative. The inviter may be represented by a representative throughout the proceedings. If the invitation is received by a representative, a special power of attorney is required to perform this action.
