Stamp duty

Application fee

The application is subject to stamp duty (fee from issuing a certificate at the request of a party). The obligation to pay stamp duty arises when the application for a certificate is submitted. The applicant is obliged to pay stamp duty in the amount of PLN 17 to the following account:

Power of attorney fee

The applicant is obliged to pay stamp duty on the power of attorney, if one was granted at the request (attorney in the case, attorney for service, substitution power of attorney). The applicant is obliged to pay stamp duty in the amount of PLN 17 to the following account:

A document confirming the granting of a power of attorney or proxy and its copy, excerpt, or copy – from each relationship of power of attorney (proxy) is not subject to a fee if the power of attorney is granted to a spouse, ascender, descendant, or sibling.

Fee for issuing a copy of the decision

In the case of stamp duty from the issuance of a copy of the decision, certified for compliance with the original, the stamp duty is PLN 5 per page and the applicant is obliged to pay it to the following account:
