Complaint to the Voivodship Administrative Court in Warsaw

In the event of a negative decision on an application for access to information, rectification of data or deletion of data included in the list of foreigners whose stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland is undesirable or in the Schengen Information System for the purpose of refusing entry and stay, the applicant has the right to file a complaint with the Voivodeship Administrative Court in Warsaw. The complaint must be filed within 30 days from the date of delivery of the original decision.
