Issuance of the first document

The document "consent to tolerated stay" is issued by the commander of the Border Guard branch or the commander of the Border Guard post, who granted the foreigner permission to tolerate a tolerated stay.

If the consent for tolerated stay was granted by the Head of the Office for Foreigners (in appeal proceedings) or if the Head of the Office issued a decision to issue the document "consent to tolerated stay” (in appeal proceedings), this document is issued by the commander of the Border Guard branch or the commander of the Border Guard post, who ruled on this matter in the first instance.

A foreigner is obliged to collect the document "consent to tolerated stay” in person.

If the document has been issued to a foreigner who has not reached the age of 13 by the date of its receipt, it shall be collected by a legal representative or a curator.
