Document "consent to tolerated stay"

Cancellation

The "tolerated residence permit" shall be cancelled in the case of:

• loss of or damage to this document (from the date of reporting its loss or damage to the competent authority);

• exchange of the document due to the change:

- the facial image of the holder of the document in relation to the facial image placed in the document to an extent that makes it difficult or impossible to identify the holder of the document (from the date of receipt of the new document),

- the data contained there (on the date of receipt of the new document);

• acquisition of Polish citizenship by a foreigner (on the date of expiry of the deadline for returning the document);

• the death of the holder of the document (on the date on which the authority became informed of their death);

• when the foreigner did not return it, even though they were obliged to do so (see information in the tab: "Return").
