Performing work during the procedure for applying for a residence permit

• The issue of performing work by a foreigner in the procedure of applying for a residence permit is regulated in the Act of 20 April 2004 on promotion of employment and on labour market institutions in particular in Article 87 paragraph 1 point 12 point .b and point 13, Article 87 paragraph 2 point 5, Article 88g(1b) and Article 88(3) of the said Act, and the implementing acts thereof.
