List of foreigners whose stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland is undesirable

Introduction

The list of foreigners whose stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland is undesirable is the national register of foreigners whose entry or stay on the territory of Poland is undesirable.

As a rule (except for the exceptions specified in the Act on Foreigners), a foreigner is denied the right to stay or enter the territory of the Republic of Poland when the decision on the legalization of their stay or their entry takes place during the period of validity of the entry in the list.

The data included in the List are the data:

• a third-country national (i.e., a foreigner who does not have EU/NO/LI/IS/CH citizenship) posted in connection with the circumstances specified in the Act on Foreigners;

• an EU citizen (i.e. a citizen of an EU Member State other than Poland/ NO/LI/IS/CH or UK- the beneficiary of the agreement on the withdrawal of the UK from EU structures) or a member of their family who is not an EU citizen posted in connection with the circumstances specified in the Act on Entry, Stay and Exit from the Territory of the Republic of Poland of EU citizens and their family members;

The list of foreigners whose stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland is undesirable is kept by the Head of the Office for Foreigners.
