Regulations

• Act of 20 April 2004 on promotion of employment and on labour market institutions;

• Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 7 December 2017 on issuing a work permit for a foreigner and entering a declaration of employment of a foreign national in the register of declarations);

• Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 8 December 2017 on subclasses of activity according to Poland Classification of Activities (PKD), in which seasonal work permits for a foreigner are issued;

• Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 8 December 2017 on the number of payments made in connection with the submission of an application for a work permit or a seasonal work permit and submission of a declaration of employment of a foreign national.
