General information
The residence card (with the annotation: "family member of an EU citizen, Article 10 of Directive 2004/38/EC") confirms that the family member of a European Union citizen (who is not an EU citizen), as well as by the family member of a citizen of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland has the right to stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland for a period of more than 3 months and entitles, together with a valid travel document, to cross the border multiple times without a visa.
