To recover your password, follow these steps:
Select the "MY ACCOUNT" option located in the upper right corner of the main MOS website.
From the drop-down list, select the login "Login" option. After selecting this option, a subpage will be displayed, where you should click on the "Forgot password" link.
Then a subpage will appear, where you need to enter your login and press the "Submit" button. Approval will result in a "verification code" being sent to the e-mail address provided when registering the account. Log in to your inbox to download this code.
Once approved, you will also be redirected to a form that needs to be filled out. Be sure to fill in all the fields marked with a red asterisk.
When filling out the form, enter the code sent to your e-mail address in the "Verification code" field.
After completing the form, press the "Submit" button. Information about the successful completion of the process will appear.
You can sign in to your account again with your new password.
