As regards the deadline

During the examination of the application for reconsideration of the case regarding the provision, rectification or deletion of data in the list of foreigners whose stay on the territory of the Republic of Poland is undesirable or in the Schengen Information System, the authority may find that the deadline for submitting such an application has not been met. In such situations, a statement about the missed deadline will be issued.
