Displaced persons from Ukraine covered by Council Implementing Decision (EU) 2022/382, and citizens of Ukraine to whom the Special Law on Assistance to Ukrainian Citizens in Connection with Armed Conflict on the Territory of Ukraine applies, may be subject to different rules for entry and extension of stay in Poland than those shown in the video. These persons should consult the information provided in the temporary protection section of this website and the information posted on the gov.pl website, and in case of any doubts concerning the rules for crossing the border – contact the Border Guard.
