Change of decision

Introduction

A final decision by virtue of which neither party has acquired a right may at any time be revoked or amended by the authority which adopted the decision if there is an overdue public interest or a legitimate interest of the party.

A final decision by which a party has acquired a right may at any time be revoked or amended by the authority which issued it if the special Regulations do not preclude its repeal or amendment and there is an over say in the public or in the legitimate interest of the party.
