• Act of 20 April 2004 on promotion of employment and on labour market institutions;

• Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 21 April 2015 on cases in which entrusting paid activity to a foreigner on the territory of the Republic of Poland is permissible without the need to obtain a work permit;

• Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 7 December 2017 on issuing a work permit for a foreigner and entering a declaration of employment of a foreign national in the register of declarations;

• Regulation of the Minister of Family, Labour and Social Policy of 8 December 2017 on the number of payments made in connection with the submission of an application for a work permit or a seasonal work permit and submission of a declaration of employment of a foreign national;

• Regulation of the Minister of Labour and Social Policy of 29 January 2009 on determining the cases in which a work permit for a foreigner is issued regardless of the detailed conditions for issuing work permits for foreigners.
