Introduction
The return decision prohibits re-entry into the territory of the Republic of Poland and other countries of the Schengen area for a period of 6 months to 5 years. The period for which an entry ban has been imposed depends on the circumstances on which the return decision is based.
Remember that the ban on re-entry can be revoked if you apply to the authority that issued the return decision, which includes this ban.
The condition for its withdrawal shall be to demonstrate that:
you have fulfilled (all) of the obligations arising from the return decision, or
re-entry into Polish or other Schengen States is to take place on justified grounds, in particular on humanitarian grounds, or
has been granted to you to help you return voluntarily.
An application for the withdrawal of the ban should be made only after the end of the period for which it was ordered unless you motivate it on humanitarian grounds.
