Possible decisions

Introduction

In administrative proceedings, the public administration body decides on the rights and obligations of a party, which takes the form of an administrative decision that ends the administrative procedure.

In administrative proceedings, decisions are also issued, i.e., decisions that do not settle the matter on the merits, although they may end the proceedings.

There are also other forms of termination of the proceedings, i.e., settlement and tacit settlement of the matter, but not every proceeding can end in this way. In proceedings concerning the legalization of stay, the above-mentioned solutions are not applied.
