Appeal

From a decision refusing to issue a Schengen visa or a national visa issued by:

• the consul or the minister competent for foreign affairs has a request for a reconsideration of the case by this body;

• the commander of the Border Guard post may appeal to the Commander-in-Chief of the Border Guard.

An application for reconsideration of the case by the consul or the minister competent for foreign affairs shall be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery of the decision on the Schengen visa or national visa. The consul or minister competent for foreign affairs shall consider the above-mentioned application within 14 days.
