The issue concerning a party as a participant in the administrative procedure is governed by the Regulations of Chapter 6 (Party) Section I (General Regulations). Act of 14 June 1960 - Code of Administrative Procedure (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 735 as amended).
The issue of stamp duty is referred to in Rt. 1 section 1 point 2 of the Act of 16 November 2006 on stamp duty (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1923, as amended).
