Introduction
The Act on Foreigners, which regulates the granting of residence permits to foreigners, also defines the cases in which these permits are withdrawn.
In the event of withdrawal of the permit, the foreigner loses the rights resulting from this permit, e.g., the right to stay, the right to work or travel in the Schengen area.
The foreigner is obliged to return the residence permit that was issued to them after the permit was granted. This obligation should be fulfilled immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date on which the decision to withdraw became final.
