Formal deficiencies

Introduction

An application (application) submitted to an administrative body, despite a certain freedom of form or method of its submission, must meet the requirements set out in the regulations.

If the application does not meet these requirements, i.e., it contains formal deficiencies, the administration shall request the applicant to remove them.

At the same time, it instructs that failure to delete them will leave the application unrecognizable (see: Leaving undiagnosed).
