If the Inviting Party is self-employed, they may present, among others:
the last settlement with the tax office about the income achieved (in the case of submitting monthly declarations) or a copy of the last annual PIT tax return together with proof of sending to the tax office or a certificate from the tax office on the amount of income in the last tax year – the original document should be presented for inspection.
